Biography
Dr Carlo Bradac is an Assistant Professor at Trent University. He studied physics and engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan (Italy) where he achieved his Bachelor (2004) and Master’s degree (2006) in Engineering for Physics and Mathematics. He received his PhD in Physics at Macquarie University (Sydney, AU) in 2012.
He worked as an Engineer at National Instruments (2006-2007) and at Maire Tecnimont (2007-2008), and as a Research Fellow at Sydney University (2012–2013), Macquarie University (2013–2017) and the University of Technology Sydney (2017–2020). Currently at Trent University, his research focuses on quantum materials and their applications for optics, photonics and sensing.
